In your message, please include:
· The specific items you wish to purchase.
· Your complete shipping details (full name, street address, city, country, postal code, and phone number).
Upon receiving your request, we will verify the availability of your selected items for international shipment and inform you of the shipping options (Brazil's Correios) available for your country.
After you select a preferred shipping method, we will issue an invoice detailing the products, their individual prices, and the total amount due. A secure PayPal payment link will be provided.
Your order will be processed and shipped within 3 business days after we confirm your payment. You will receive a tracking number via email within 3 business days following the shipment date.
Please note that while we ship internationally, certain destination-specific restrictions may apply.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination country and the chosen delivery service (Correios).
Payments
We process international payments exclusively through PayPal.
A 4% surcharge will be applied to the total invoice amount for all international transactions. This covers the processing fee that PayPal deducts from all received payments.
Tracking Numbers
A tracking number will be emailed to you for every order within 3 business days after the package has been dispatched.
